Lori VanDinther Sales Representative and Team Leader

Lori VanDinther is an experienced, highly skilled licensed sales representative and team leader with RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc. Brokerage. She is a long time resident of Burlington, Ontario and has been helping people with all their real estate needs in Burlington, Oakville, Carlisle, Kilbride, Waterdown and surrounding areas for over 30 years.

As a seasoned real estate professional with 13 years of experience and a proud member of the Re/Max family, I am thrilled to offer my expertise to clients in Burlington and the surrounding area. Born and raised in this beautiful city, I have a deep appreciation for its unique charm and character, as well as a keen understanding of the local real estate market.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients at every stage of the real estate process, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. I specialize in helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market, offering expert guidance and personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.

My approach to real estate is based on a combination of experience, knowledge, but most of all a commitment to service. I pride myself on building strong relationships with my clients, listening carefully to their needs and preferences, and tailoring my services to meet their unique requirements. A few designations I've worked for over the years include Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation, and the Certified Negotiation Expert.

On a personal note, I am a coffee enthusiast, mom of a toddler, and believe we can always have a few laughs along the way. As a proud donor of each transaction to the Children's Miracle Network, I believe in giving back to the community that has given me so much, and I am passionate about making a positive impact. Morgan Brooks Sales Representative

Morgan is a proud member of the VanDinther team and carries the values of hard work and integrity. She is focussed on providing outstanding client service. Morgan is honour to have the opportunity be a part of this proactive team, who is dedicated to always doing the very best work for each and every client.

After graduating from Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University she then gained over eight years of experience working in the customer service industry. She is able to respond quickly in a fast paced environment and fully understands what it takes to help clients realize their dreams.

Born and raised in Burlington, Morgan has been an active member of the community and surrounding areas for many years. This has allowed her to gain lots of local area knowledge, which in turn helps her assist all buyers and seller make good real estate decision!

Laurie Boyes
Administrator/Client Care Rep

Meet Laurie Boyes is our cherished client care specialist and she is a highly skilled office administrator. Laurie plays a major role in helping the VanDinther Team deliver exceptional client services and she ensures everything gets done behind the scenes! Laurie brings with her over 28 years of administrative experience, which is a real asset to not only the team but our to our clients. Clients will likely be hearing from her throughout the process of working with the VanDinther Team. This includes the logistics of getting paperwork where it needs to be, friendly reminders of things we might need from and anything in between will helps us, help you. Susan and Jill
Transaction Coordinators

Susan and Jill have numerous years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Transaction coordinators focus on the paperwork for client deals and ensure all the details are correct. They communicate with clients, agents and lawyers to ensure that the deadlines are met on time. They also manage sale/purchase transactions from acceptance to the closing day. Susan and Jill enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and strive to ensure that all home deals and related paperwork are always handled professionally and efficiently.
